A belated thank you for the service you provided us last year. The recommendations you made to help us prepare our house for sale have been extremely helpful. While we have decided not to sell in the immediate future, we have been using your plan to provide improve our home for present day living and to prepare for sale in the future.

Your suggestion to de-clutter has been most helpful. It has made our home more pleasant to live in and has enabled a cleaner and calmer home. The simple changes you recommended have improved the functional space in our home and made the house more of a joy to live in.

We were so ready for a change from our white walls and white ceilings but couldn't make a decision to save our lives. Lynette came for a consultation and helped us pick colours that would look best throughout our home. It was just the incentive we needed to get started. The new colours gave our interior a modern freshness and vibrancy while retaining our personal comfort and style. Hello Lynette,

Doing some year-end housekeeping, I came across your business card. Perhaps you do not remember preparing my place in Rosemary Heights Crescent, Surrey, for sale in early spring of 2008. I certainly do, and I have always meant to write you a short note of how much I appreciated your excellent staging of my home, and now is the time that I finally came around to doing it.

I was in a position where I needed to sell my home pretty fast. I listed my house and felt it looked great as is, although it could have used a fresh look from how I was seeing it. I needed potential buyers to see it differently than I had; more open, spacious and with a fun, funky and modern look. I honestly never thought it could look much better. I had the right furniture and pictures, ornaments. Lynette came in and spent about 4-5 hours re-decorating the way my home looked and felt. I was very happy with her concept of how a home should be seen from a buyers perspective through her eyes.
