It has baffled me when I see people put their dated homes on the market. The house doesn't sell. The home owners are then recommended to reduce their price by tens of thousands of dollars and still, the property doesn't sell. Why not spend a little money and improve the overall appearance of the home first. Think of a first date, people generally get spiffed up to impress, they don't show up in their old sweat pants, moon boots or poodle skirts. You get the gist.

My team of local highly skilled trades people can get the tasks completed if it's beyond what the client can do themselves. I don't just hand over a to-do list to your clients, leaving them overwhelmed. When home staging, I get the ball rolling, making immediate changes to the key areas of the home.

De-Pink That Dated House! We've seen many older homes that have those pastel coloured bath tubs. This is a real turn off for potential buyers. They envision a minimum $10,000 expense to renovate and update. I have completely transformed these bathrooms for under $1,000! I work with a fantastic resurfacing company that beautifully sprays out counter tops and bath tubs. We then purchase and install new basins and toilets, a coat of paint and Voila!
